WhatsApp API integration is available by default and soon we will release the integration with Facebook  Messenger, Website live chat, and Twitter Direct messaging. The channels will be available as an Add-on on the current plans.

Email and WhatsApp are the available support channels for the starter and Professional Plans with and SLA to respond of 2 working days 

Email, WhatsApp and voice are the available support channels for the Enterprise and Ultimate Plans with an SLA of 1 working day 

Only the Ultimate Plan includes assigned account Manager
